		<description>Great article and thought! I agree and have been thinking of this exact idea since 1995. I contacted Educators and School Boards to no avail. They just said thanks and goodbye.  Of the tens of thousands students who are not finishing their &quot;educations&quot; in California alone, each could be using the massive FREE resources online and pass all their tests....just as if they had learned it in the classroom.  It is amazing that those we call &quot;Highly Educated&quot; in the inner workings of our school sytems nationwide have yet to suggest this obvious solution to our education problems today! Not one has come forward to say heres  (what you and many suggest) (above article) what we need to do. Weird... Anyway, it is time we close the Tech Gap on this issue.
