Great Post. I believe that “focus” is one of the reasons why Lean manufacturing (KanBan) is so effective. Forcing limits on Work in Progress (WIP) creates focus, momentum, and completion of work.

Caryn, I hope it’s helpful. I think it’s hard for teenagers to focus by nature, but some focus is always a good thing.
